Tampa Bay Rodeo’s Bull Bash & Country Music Festival

  • Friday and Saturday, January 17 & 18, 2025

Get ready for Tampa Bay Rodeo’s Bull Bash & Country Music Festival when it thunders into the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds on January 17 & 18, 2025! Two nights of heart-pounding Bull Riding and toe-tapping Live Country Music combine for an exhilarating, action-packed event. The best bull riders in the region will be competing for the title and cash prizes in this single-event competition. Country music artists Chris Janson (Friday) and Clay Walker (Saturday) headline the festival, delivering unforgettable performances during the extended 90-minute Bull Bash intermission.

Come early to enjoy LIVE music from local favorite Crossfire Creek Band, delicious food, cold beer and to test your skills on the mechanical bull before the Bull Bash begins. Don’t miss this riveting showcase of bull riding and live country music!

Gates open at 5:00 p.m., live music begins at 5:45, and the Bull Bash begins at 8:00 p.m. The headlining artists take the stage nightly at approximately 9:00 p.m. during intermission. After the music festival at intermission, the Bull Bash resumes with the final rounds to crown the winner.

Wickedly Good Cruise with Yacht Starship in Tampa

Pickleball on the Pier

The St.Pete Pier invites locals and tourists alike to experience its first-ever pickleball pop-up, “Pickleball on the Pier” powered by St. Pete Athletic. From Jan. 17 to March 16, 2025, visitors can participate in expert-guided pickleball sessions surrounded by the pristine waters of the St. Pete Pier. Tickets are available for $5 for all day play and an additional $5 to rent a paddle and balls. All levels are welcome and no reservation is required.

Bull Bash & Country Music Festival

The best bull riders in the region compete for the title and cash prizes in this multi-round competition. After the music festival at intermission, the Bull Bash resumes with the final rounds to crown the winner. Chart-topping singer/songwriter Chris Janson will perform January 17, and platinum selling artist Clay Walker will perform January 18 during the extended 90-minute Bull Bash intermissions.
