Collector Events in Tampa
Tampa Bay Collectorfest
- Date: April 18 and 19, 2026
- Location: Florida State Fairgrounds
This huge fest is perfect for the ultimate collector couples! With more than 150+ tables of toys, comics, art, and more, you're sure to find something great to add to your personal collection. There will also be vendors with vintage game consoles like Atari, Sony PlayStation, Sega Genesis, and more!
Collectable Shops in Tampa
StrangeCat Toys
- Location: 4348 S Manhattan Ave., Tampa
This is one of our favorite shops in Tampa! As an avid collector of trinkets and designer toys, Strangecat carries a carefully curated collection of blind boxes, figurines, statues, plushes, and more, and the best part is that they're locally owned!
Their stock rotates out a decent amount, and they constantly drop new and fresh items on their website. In store, you can usually find plenty of Smiskis, Sonny Angels, Pop Mart IPs, Gashapon, and a lot of high-end collectables from various artists! They often also host artists and collector trades, so be on the lookout on their Instagram for events.
A member of the trinket community also recently installed a “Trinket Trade” box right outside of the shop! @denalovesfood on Instagram started this box as a way for collectors to trade something they have and don't want, for something someone else left in the box. Chewmies Comics & Collectibles

This great shop is any comic collector's dream! From Certifies Guaranty Company (CGC) comic books, to vintage collectables and toys, they have a lot of items that millennials will remember.
From Marvel, to Star Wars, Transformers, and more, this cool shop is definitely a must-visit, especially if you're looking to grow your comic book collection.

The Toy Addict buys and sells all types of collectable toys and video games! From Xboxes to Nintendo, Pokémon to Star Wars, this is a great spot for collectors who are looking for a wide array of IPs and consoles.
Pop Mart
- Location: Brandon Exchange
That's right, the Tampa Bay Area now has a permanent POP MART location! If you love blind box collectables and figurines, this iconic place has you covered. They're behind the Labubu craze that took the world by storm, and they also have quite a few collaborations with Disney and various artists.
Other Cool Places to Find Collectables in Tampa
Vintage shops and markets are also a great place to find collectables that have been previously loved by someone else!
There are also a few Claw Arcades in the Tampa Bay area that offer great experiences for any couple that loves to game. We recently stopped by Aikon Arcade and had a great time playing for prizes from the various claw machines.
I loved the fact that they had traditional claw machines, and then other machines were set up for different claw games like their Takoyaki Challenge, claw machine Plinko, and a dice rolling game!
One of the great parts is their trading machine, where you can trade any of your winnings for a different collectable prize. They also have a handful of unique Gashapon machines and a very cool photobooth with the cutest props.
