Wesley Chapel is so close to some of the Tampa Bay Area’s BEST pumpkin patches — and with Fall in full swing (the idea of Fall anyway, if not cooler fall temperatures), we’ve curated some of the best pumpkin patch experiences in and around Wesley Chapel for you to explore!
It’s PUMPKIN SPICE everything season! Fun ways to celebrate fall in Florida means pumpkins, mosquitos, humidity, traffic, shorts, and a whole lot of hot! So basically, it’s identical to Summer except for PUMPKINS.
Funny – but not entirely true – there’s actually a lot of fun ways to celebrate fall in and around Tampa Bay – such as Haunted (and not haunted) Corn Mazes, Fall Festivals, and much more.
So let’s celebrate the (kinda imaginary) change of season, or at least celebrate all things pumpkin, by visiting a great local area pumpkin patch.

Boyette Family Farms in Wesley Chapel

Open Tuesday-Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm, Boyette Family Farms is growing and they’ve added the cutest pumpkin patch that features a wide variety of photo opportunities and pumpkins, including the highly sought after pink Cinderella pumpkin! While you’re there, be sure to shop their farmers market for fresh produce and other locally produced and harvested items, including seafood.

Raprager’s fall Festival is BACK with even more fall fun on the farm! There are new attractions this year including axe throwing, pumpkin painting, a 900ft inflatable maze, baby cow, and more. The haunted barn is back along with the hayrides, petting zoo, hay chute slide, and other favorites.
Pumpkin Coffee, Pumpkin Fudge, Cinnamon Roasted Nuts, BBQ and More. It’s probably a half hour north of Brandon and Riverview on I75, and maybe a little longer for the Valrico and Plant City people, but not that far.

Sweetfields Farm Fall Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch

Tickets to this farm’s annual festival include a variety of family and date-friendly activities, including an intricate corn maze, pumpkin patch, hayride, and more. There are tons of things to keep the kiddos busy if you’re bringing the whole family. Buy your tickets early! This even often sells out and tickets are not available same-day in the event of a sellout.

HarvestMoon Fun Farm Pumpkin Patch

HarvestMoon Farm offers five acres of nonstop fun. Work on your teamwork skills as you twist and turn your way through the farm’s 5-acre corn maze, which features a new design each year. Other activities include the pumpkin patch, petting farm and more. Couples will love the Haunted Nights and Flash Light Nights and the farm’s nighttime Flashlight Maze Haunted Trail.

Frazier Farms Fall Festival and Corn Fest in Brooksville

There will be lots of kids games, big kids games, corn hole, pumpkin painting, hay rides, “Moo” train barrel ride, a wide variety of craft & food vendors, shaved ice, ice cream, corn shucking contests and a pumpkin patch!
Green Acres Farm Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch

Green Acres Farm in Spring Hill is hosting its first Fall Festival and they can’t wait to host you for a day on the farm with local vendors, pumpkin patch and food trucks. The is the same location as the You Pick Blueberries farm you may be familiar with already.
21st Annual Brooksville Pumpkin Patch

Downtown Brooksville – 45 minutes north of Wesley Chapel in Hernando CountyThe Brooksville farm is a real life pumpkin patch and has hundreds, if not thousands of pumpkins–to choose from! The farm says most of their pumpkin deliveries are a few days off the vine, so they should last you through the holiday…and maybe even grab some cute ones for decor for Thanksgiving. They also have food vendors, produce, a petting zoo, tortoise experience, and more. On select dates, Cinderella, Spiderman, and Captain Marvel will even be visiting!

Annual Heights Fall Festival Pumpkin Patch at Armature Works

Heights Fall Festival will take place across two weekends in October. The dates are 15th, 16th, 22nd and 22rd from 12:00pm – 5:00pm and will feature a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, face painters, activities for the whole family, and live music.
There will also be a small market featuring some of our favorite fall-inspired vendors! Participating vendors include Sugar & Ice, Hahn’s Kettle Corn, JJ’s Nursery, Glowing Gourds, and Front Door Designs. You also won’t want to miss your opportunity to build the perfect fall bouquet when you stop by the Tonella’s Flower Truck on the Heights Pier.
WhistlePig Whiskey is bringing their Maple Sugar Shack to Armature on Saturday 10/14 to introduce consumers to the brand’s 100-proof bourbon and 100% rye whiskey. Signature cocktails will be offered, along with live music, tailgate games, prizes and more. The first 100 people to the event will receive a prize pack with a limited-edition pig head pour spot. Harvest Holler Pumpkin Patch

This working family farm in Polk City is a classic fall favorite and sports an incredible pumpkin patch, with hundreds of different sized pumpkins from which to choose! There are GIANT carving pumpkins for your next Jack-O-Lantern and assorted sizes all the way down to the most ideal of dining room table decor. Best of all, this patch makes a great place to take your fall photos so make sure to dress for the occasion. About an hour east of Tampa, just north from Walt Disney World is the cutest farm/fall festival for families! This year’s 7th Annual Fall Festival at Southern Hill Farms will feature a new 5-acre corn maze, u-pick sunflowers and zinnias, a pumpkin patch barn, kids zone, and more. You can even taste the yummy apple cider donuts.

This annual pumpkin patch and corn maze in Plant City, FL, about 20 minutes from downtown Tampa, features a corn maze, live music, duck races, fall games, a pumpkin patch, butterfly garden (additional charge) and more. It’s not officially fall until you’ve visited this pumpkin patch. The Florida Railroad Museum is calling “all aboard” for a neat train experience as you embark on the Pumpkin Patch Express to a field full of pumpkins to pick, as well as kid-friendly activities on your 2-hour journey. Trains will run at 50% capacity to ensure room to social distance. Children are invited to pick their own pumpkin to take home. Everyone is also invited to participate in other crafts and activities.

You can also pick up a yummy homemade pie and even feed goats in the goat pen. Before you leave, be sure you snap a photo in front of the popular vintage pick up truck.
