Imagine a two day festival celebrating Italian culture and heritage. That’s exactly what you get at the Tampa Festa Italiana! The 21st annual festival is coming back on April 7th and April 8th. This is the perfect date for foodies, especially Italian food lovers. If you want to plan a day date or two for the Festa Italiana, here’s some of what you’ll get to see.

What to Expect
On Saturday, April 7th and Sunday, April 8th, you’ll have access to cuisine from Tampa’s finest Italian restaurants and catering companies. Beyond that, you’ll also be able to watch amazing live performances, including singing and dancing. And that’s not all! At the Festa Italiana, your date can also include participation in some of the many activities designed for people of all ages, the Club Italia Party Tent, cooking demonstrations, and more.
Admission and Location
To gain access to the amazing two day festival, you can pay $10 online for both days! Otherwise, admission is $10 at the gate on each day, for a total of $20. Additionally, if you have a furry friend, feel free to bring them on your date as friendly pets on leashes are allowed!
The 21st annual Festa Italiana will be held at Centennial Park. On Saturday, you can enjoy the festival from 10am to 10pm while on Sunday you’ll get to enjoy it from 11am to 6pm.
The Opening Party
The festival may not officially start until the weekend, but that’snot the beginning of the celebration! On Thursday, April 5th, you can take your date to the Wines of Italy Opening Party. At this event, you’ll be able to enjoy over 70 different Italian wines as well as get a sneak preview to the amazing Italiaan cuisine and desserts you’ll get at the rest of the festival. There is also a silent auction with prizes and gift cards.
Tickets for this event are $35 in advance (prior to March 19). After that date, tickets will be $60. It will be held at the Italian Club from 6pm to 9pm.
