The Hotel
The brand new hotel is set to open this spring. Located on 7th avenue in the historic downtown Ybor City, this hotel is bringing charm, elegance, and history to the popular Tampa neighborhood. This new spot is owned by Aparium Hotel Group and is a 4-story, 178 room hotel right in the heart of the historic city.

Does the name ring a bell? The name “Haya” comes from one of Ybor’s founders, Ignacio Haya! This special place will pay homage to everything Ybor. They strive to bring back the “soul” to Ybor City.
The Restaurant(s)
A brand new restaurant is opening at Hotel Haya and it’s called Flor Fina. This awesome eatery is also inspired by the history of Ybor City and will draw from both Latin and Cuban roots. Enjoy an open-hearth grill, the smell of burning hardwood and delicious menu items such as ceviche and refreshing cocktails!
In addition to Flor Fina, Hotel Haya will also dawn a brand new café and poolside bar! Yum!
