Winter’s Beach Front Egg Hunt at Winter’s Beach Club in Clearwater Beach
Friday, April 18, 2025 from 9am to 11am

Celebrate Easter on the beach at Winter’s Beach Club with an Easter egg hunt in the sand, Easter Bunny photos, and a bagged breakfast. This event is free for Beach Club guests and $10 for visitors! wp-signup.php is required.
Eggstravaganza Express with Central Pasco and Gulf Railroad
Friday, April 18 – Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 10am to 3pm

Take a ride on a mini train that’s been decorated for the Easter holiday, but that’s not all! In addition to the Easter-themed train ride around Crews Lake Park, there will be Easter egg hunts, pictures with the Easter Bunny, crafts, and more! Tickets are $8 per person. Babies 12 months and younger are free.
Easter at the Farm at DK Farms
Friday, April 18 – Sunday, April 20, 2025 from 10am to 3pm daily

DK Farms and Nursery is hosting several Easter egg hunts each day for three different age groups. There will also be plenty more farm activities like a free petting zoo, bunny zone, photo ops and of course, meet and greets with the Easter Bunny. You can also pay extra for pony rides. Book your ticket ahead of time since a pre-ordered ticket is required to participate in the Easter egg hunt. Egg hunt tickets are $15.

DOG Easter EGG HUNT

The Annual Dog Easter Egg Hunt will be taking place on Sunday, April 20th! Stop by anytime between Noon and 5:00 pm and let your furry friend have some holiday fun. For the humans, there will be specialty Spring-themed food and drink menus, plus raffling off tickets to see Brad Paisley at The BayCare Sound. All raffle ticket proceeds will go to Suncoast Animal League.
Easter Egg Hunt at the May-Stringer House in Brooksville

Take a tour of the May-Stringer House and take part in one of two timed Easter egg hunts! It is free to take part in the Easter egg hunt, but you can also enjoy an Easter Bunny meet and greet included with museum admission. Make sure to bring your own blanket and snacks.
St. Pete Pier Spring Festival and Easter Egg Hunt

Free Things to Do for Easter in Tampa
Pack an Easter Picnic
Tampa Bay is home to dozens of scenic parks and trails that serve as the ideal setting for a romantic picnic — the perfect free things to do in Tampa for Easter. Pack up some gourmet cheese, meats and snacks and set up your own DIY feast with a scenic park as your backdrop.
A few of our favorite options include Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, Vinoy Park, Lettuce Lake Park ($2 entry fee) and Gizella Kopsick Palm Arboretum.
Wat Mongkolratanaram Buddhist Temple
5306 Palm River Rd, Tampa
Looking to do something out of the ordinary? Wat Mongkolratanaram of Florida (Wat Tampa) is a gorgeous waterfront Buddhist Temple that’s free to visit. The best day to go is on Sunday for the weekly Sunday market, which features an assortment of Thai food plus Thai tea and coffee. The market typically runs from 9am-1pm, but this year they’re hosting their Songkran festival and will be open 9am to 3pm on Easter Sunday.
You can also visit the main Temple when the grounds are open to the public, but make sure to respect Temple etiquette as outlined here.
Sunrise at Ballast Point Park

If you don’t mind rising early, make your way to Ballast Point Park to take in a beautiful sunrise over Hillsborough Bay. Stroll out along the 600-foot pier, soak up the views of the Tampa skyline, and bring along a picnic breakfast to enjoy afterwards. There are multiple picnic tables and open space throughout the park to sit and stay awhile.
