Everyone has those days when they are craving something delicious and, at least for me, a lot of those days that craving is for sushi. A ton of restaurants have sushi in St Petersburg as an option on their menu, but it’s hard to narrow down the really good places, so I’ve done it for you!
Here are some great places to eat Sushi in St Petersburg.
The Lure
The Lure is known for their delicious sushi and great happy hour and deals that go along with it. Some of these deals are things like half priced wine on Wednesday and $6 speciality drinks every day during happy hour. They also have weekend brunch you can stop in to try, though their sushi doesn’t quite make it on to this menu. My favorite rolls are “The DTSP” and “The Bacon ‘8’ Her.”
Rollbotto Sushi
Rollbotto Sushi is an awesome place because their only focus is sushi. They have super yummy rolls on their menu like the “Classic California” and the “Yellow Submarine.” You can also make your own roll if you don’t see something you like on their menu or if you want to try something new and funky. Just pick a base, protein, and extras and they’ll make it for you. They also deliver, too, if you’re looking for something delicious, but not looking to leave your couch.
Sushi Inc.
Sushi Inc. is another great place for sushi in St. Pete because of their large menu and happy hour. If you’re looking for some good drinks to go with your sushi rolls, happy hour is everyday from 4 to 7pm and all night on Thursday. All of their sushi choices are reasonably priced, so you can totally get a bunch and share (or not share).
Basil Leaf Thai – Sushi and Noodles
Basil Leaf Thai is the perfect place to have date night with someone who might not like sushi as much of you because of their extensive menu. It’s right by the beach, too, so that makes it pretty awesome. Their menu has everything from Pad Thai to Sushi Samplers. The prices are awesome and the food is even better.
Souzou
Souzou is in Downtown St. Pete and has a lot of super good food to try on their menu, but they have something that other restaurants don’t. They have a section on their menu called “Trust Me.” These are platters chosen by the Chef and range in price from $19.95 to a sushi boat for $199.95. This is a cool place for a random date night or if you are celebration something special.
