What better way to get in the spirit of fall, as much as you can in this Florida heat, by eating and drinking fall-themed/inspired items at your favorite Tampa Bay restaurants. After all, you’ll need fuel for all the ways to celebrate fall and even head into the holiday season around town.
To help you fall in love with this season, I’ve compiled a list of places around Tampa Bay that have rolled out seasonal items.
Seasonal Fall Menus in Tampa
Paradeco Coffee Roasters
111 2nd Ave NE #101, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
Get your day started with one of the most aesthetically pleasing coffee shops in St. Pete. Paradeco is located downtown, right off Beach Dr. and always has fun seasonal items. This year, their fall drinks include a Pumpkin Spice Latte, because of course, a Chai Cider, Maple Peanut Butter Latte, Bourbon Sweet Potato Latte, and a Brown Sugar Cardamom Latte, which was delicious.
For food items, Pumpkin Pie overnight oats, Apple Farro salad, sweet potato toast and an egg and potato sofrito. Paradeco is the perfect place to grab a fall breakfast or light lunch.
The Blend
Various locations in St. Pete/one in Tampa
The Blend is known all around town as having some of the most fun coffee drinks, year-round. They have coffee flights, as well, so if you find you can’t choose just one, you can have three! Their fall flight includes a brown butter vanilla, pumpkin, peach cobbler, and a caramel pecan.
You can also order these in full size. Their expansive menu has something for every taste preference but their drinks do tend to fall, no pun intended, on the sweet side.
Willa’s
1700 W Fig St, Tampa, FL 33606
Willa’s in North Hyde Park is a neighborhood favorite. It’s split into two, one side is the coffee shop and the other is a full sit-down restaurant with a bar. On the coffee side, they are currently featuring a Fig Street latte which has fig, lemon and various spices.
On the restaurant side, they have a few fall-themed items including a parmesan roasted squash, French onion soup, spicy rigatoni pasta, and a seared branzino. Although not a seasonal item, I highly recommend the potato latkes. There’s no better way to get into the fall spirit than with latkes and apple butter. Yum!
Oxford Exchange
420 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606
A favorite all year round is Oxford Exchange. Their seasonal items are more limited but they have rolled out a couple that will certainly have you in the mood. Those include their pancakes, regularly on the menu but have rotating toppings, with strawberry, banana, and whipped butterscotch warm vanilla maple.
Their lunch menu includes additions of a seasonal chopped salad, which I can attest is very yummy. It has grilled chicken, avocado, corn, dates, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese and a citrus cilantro vinaigrette. Lastly, there is a fall flatbread with kabocha squash, lacinato kale, smoked gouda, pomegranate molasses, and pepita crunch.
On Swann
1501 W Swann Ave, Tampa, FL 33606
On Swann, located in Hyde Park Village, is one of those unique restaurants in Tampa that rotates their menu seasonally. This year, their fall items include Warm Zepploes with butternut squash whipped ricotta dip, a fig tart with prosciutto, caramelized onions and gorgonzola, and of course, a butternut squash soup with nutmeg cream and cherry reduction. O
On Swann is the perfect place for a romantic date night with their low-lighting atmosphere and high-quality foods.

Flor Fina
1412 E 7th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605
Last, but certainly not least, is Flor Fina in Hotel Haya. Round out your date night or fall culinary explorations with a night cap from Flor Fina’s brand new fall-inspired cocktail list. Rolled out in early September, each bartender put their own spin on a new drink.
You will find items such as a fireside fashioned, made up of rum, house-made marshmallow syrup, chocolate bitters and smoke. Talk about smores in a cocktail glass! I tried the Autumn Orchard and it was delicious.
Happy Fall Y’all!
