Dairy Joy – open
Dairy Joy – Tampa’s Best Ice Cream Since 1958! Due to Hurricane Milton: FREE ice cream today! 🍦💙
They’re open at our original store, running on a small generator (Drive-thru is closed). They know the community is hurting right now, so they’re bringing a little bright spot to our Tampa community during this tough time.
A very limited menu and are serving a free small ice cream per customer. They’ll stay open as late as 10 PM—depending on whether they run out of ice cream or gas.
Tampa Bay Brewing Company – OPEN
Free draft beer to anyone who brings in hurricane supplies. And filtered water available to those who bring in a clean container.
Amber Brooke Farms in Williston – Fall Festival OPEN
Take a break and head to the country. Amber Brooke Farms in Williston is a precious farm with wide open spaces and places for everyone to play. Enjoy handcrafted lemonade and yummy eats, plus festive fall fun!
Restaurants and Bars Open Today in Tampa Bay (Friday 10/11/24)
Meat Market in Hyde Park – open at 4pm Friday
Meat Market in Hyde Park will open today Firday 10.11.24 at 4:00 p.m. What a great way to relax and relieve some stress.
Sparkman Wharf – Open at 1:00 p.m. Friday
Most of the awesome Sparkman Wharf restaurants and bars are opening today Friday 10/11/24 at 1:00 p.m.
Fabrica Pizza – Tampa and St. Pete Open Friday
Operating with both limited staff and a limited menu for a few days so please be patient.
They will be donating 10% of all sales from the October Pizza of the Month to a local hurricane relief organization.
Besito Mexican – Tampa Open Friday
Reopening at 11:30 AM. Come enjoy authentic Mexican food, a vibrant experience, and the spirit of community as we all start the road to recovery.
Cassis St. Pete – Open Friday and weekend
How about brunch or dinner in St. Pete? Sounds like a nice break from all this, right? Cassis is open today and this weekend.
Cats and Caffeine in South Tampa – Open
They’ve created a one-of-a-kind experience where you can hang out with a room full of adoptable cats & kittens while getting your caffeine fix & a sweet snack.
Sonder Social Club in Dunedin – Open
Enjoy spooky vibes, a great break from all this street. Sonder Social Club is perfect this time of year!

Florida Aquarium: Closed, may reopen this weekend
The aquarium will close closed to the public Tuesday, October 8 – Friday, October 11. There is potential they will reopen this weekend. Check their social media for updates.
MOSI: Reopening on Sat. 10/12
MOSI is aiming to reopen at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 10/12
The Dali Museum: Closed Friday, may reopen
The Dali will be closed Monday – Friday, aiming to be open this weekend.
For those interested in visiting The Dalí Museum virtually, TheDali.org/Virtual includes materials to engage audiences.
Straz Center: Reopening on Monday 10/14/24
Conditions permitting, the facility will reopen on Monday, Oct. 14.
Tampa Theatre: Reopening on Monday 10/14/24
Conditions permitting, the Tampa Theatre will reopen on Monday, Oct. 14.
Tampa Bay History Center: Reopening on Monday, 10/14/24
Conditions permitting, the facility will reopen on Monday, Oct. 14.
DISNEY WORLD – Reopen
All Disney theme parks, Disney Springs, and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park have reopened.
UNIVERSAL ORLANDO – REOPEN
All Universal Orlando parks and CityWalk are now reopen.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay: Closed
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will be closed on Friday 10/11/24 and Saturday 10/12/2024. For any ticket questions, please contact BGA.GuestInformation@seaworld.com. Howl O Scream tickets during closure dates will be honored any other night during the month of October.
ZooTampa: Closed
Zoo Tampa will remain closed until further notice.
The St. Pete Pier: Closed
The Tampa Bay Discovery Center and St. Pete Pier have not announced a reopening.
Florida State Park Closures
Multiple Florida State Parks are closed due to Hurricane damage and preparations. Get updates at floridastateparks.org/StormUpdates.
Sunken Gardens: Closed
Sunken Gardens has not announced any reopening just yet.
Clearwater Marine Aquarium: Closed
CMA experienced damage from both Hurricane Hellene and from Milton. They are working on reopening.
