Are you and your friends looking for a fun way to work out or just want a new exciting activity for Girl’s Night Out? Try pole dancing! Our society has put a major stigma on this form of art and when you look beyond it, it is quite fun! Pole dancing is a great workout and a unique idea for a bachelorette or birthday party! There are several locations to learn how to pole dance in Tampa Bay. Make sure you check to see if you need to register for the class online beforehand and the requirements for the class! It may sound scary, but it may turn out to be the swinging time you need!

BrandiLand Pole Dancing and Aerial Yoga Studio Boutique

For the past eight years, BrandiLand has been teaching people how to work it! BrandiLand also offers aerial and exotic dance in addition to pole dancing! If anyone is scared about how they will look dancing, they can take one of BrandiLand’s empowerment classes beforehand! If you and your friends want to have a celebration, there are party packages that can be purchased so you and the gals can let loose for a night. Beginners can purchase the two-class special for $29 and give it a try before committing or just use the classes for girl’s night out. For those who decide they want to keep dancing after one class, intensive courses are offered. Many different types and lengths of classes are offered at varying price ranges. Brandiland has two locations, one in Citrus Park/Westchase and one in South Tampa. Make sure to check the correct location before you schedule your class!

Buttercup Pole Dancing

Buttercup currently has one studio Tampa. This studio location offers pole dancing, aerial sling, aerial hoop and Lyra! Groups looking to make this more than a one-time thing, say a girls pole dancing night/s every week, can buy a membership that lets them attend a certain number of classes a month. The unlimited Buttercup Unlimited Membership is $210 per month for unlimited classes. The cheapest option is $70 per month for four classes. There are a couple of different party packages available, and they include champagne. According to Buttercup’s website, a new studio for pole dancing will be opening Nov. 11 in Clearwater!
