Order those Thanksgiving pies from Mike’s! Local to Tampa, Mike’s first opened in a small retail store in the Bay Area in ’92. According to their site, if you ask Mike’s mom, the legacy began years prior with his grandmother who passed on the traditions for years to come. Ever since Mike’s opened, his mission is to not only bring delicious pies but top-quality pies through consistency and heart.

Pies include Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Key Lime, Southern Pecan, and more. Mike also sells cakes and cheesecakes as well as gluten-free options fruit pies and no sugar fruit pies.

Moreno Bakery

737 W. Brandon Blvd, Brandon, 33511

Moreno Bakery is a local staple serving up delicious baked goods for years. The bakery is full of Cuban history starting with Mr. Moreno himself. When he first moved to Tampa in the 90’s he began working at Le Segunda Central Bakery in Ybor until opening up Moreno in 2008.

If you want a pie for Thanksgiving, Moreno Bakery is the place! Try an apple pie, blueberry pie, cherry, chocolate chess, chocolate cream, and so much more. Not to mention, his pies are super affordable!

Note that Moreno Bakery is closed on Thanksgiving Day itself, so order ahead so you can pick up before the big day.

Wright’s Gourmet House

Alessi is the perfect place to grab an assortment of flavors if you want some variety at your Thanksgiving dinner table.

Grab some of their 3″ mousse cream pies in flavors like Nutella Mousse, Boston Cream, and Fresh Fruit Bavarian. They also have fresh baked 3″ pies with traditional flavors like apple, pecan, and pumpkin.
