CONTEST NAME: Wines of Italy Ticket Giveaway

CONTEST SPONSOR: Tampa Bay Date Night Guide, 320 W. Kennedy Blvd. Ste 220, Tampa FL 33606.

PRIZE: Two tickets to WINES OF ITALY event on April 5, 2018.  See http://www.festaitalianatampa.com/winesofitaly.html for details, accurate as of April 1, 2018.  Total value $120.00.

CONTEST DATES: Contest runs April 2, 2018 through noon on April 4, 2018.  Winner will be randomly selected shortly after noon on April 4, 2018.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:  Prize winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received.  The winner will be notified by email at the email address used to enter the Contest.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE:  Winner must reply with 2 names to be placed on the Wines of Italy guest list by end of day April 4, 2018 or winner will be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize, and prize will be disposed of at the discretion of Contest Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. There is one way to enter this Contest. To enter the contest, a person must (a) text the word WINES to 555888; and (b) upon receipt of instructions, reply by texting the entrant’s valid email address.  All entries must be received by the Contest end date and time listed above. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete entries; or for errors in mechanical transmission, or other any other difficulties.

ELIGIBILITY:  Contest is open only to U.S. citizens who are legal residents in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Citrus, Pasco, Hernando, and Manatee counties and who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Contest Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, and participating advertisers and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. “Immediate family members” means parents, siblings, spouses, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption or cohabitation, and anyone living in the same household, whether related or not. Tampa Bay Parenting Magazine’s determination as to eligibility is final and binding.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except in the event of prize unavailability, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or assignable by the Winner.  Winner is responsible for any charges not specifically listed as part of the prize or to redeem or make use of prize, including transportation to and from any destination in connection with taking possession of or using the Prize, and any and all taxes, if any. All federal, state and local taxes, fees, and surcharges, and any necessary or appropriate insurance, are the responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to pay all such taxes, fees, and surcharges and is responsible for furnishing proof of insurance if and as required by law. Winner must agree to hold the sponsor harmless from any and all liability for damages or losses of any nature incurred in connection with use of the prize, including transit to and from any destination in connection with the prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  By entering the contest, entrant represents and agrees (a) that he or she is eligible to enter the Contest pursuant to these rules and has complied with all these rules; (b) to receive communications (including advertisements for products and services) via phone, email, and SMS/text messaging from Contest Sponsor and/or its affiliates, advertisers, and licensees.   By entering the Contest, the entrant, for him/herself and for his/her heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and anyone else claiming by or through him/her, waives, covenants not to sue and fully releases and forever discharges any and all rights, claims or causes of action whatsoever that he/she may have against Contest Sponsor arising directly or indirectly out of entrant’s participation in the Contest or use of Prize. This waiver and release covers, without limitation, any damage, liability, cost, attorneys’ fees and expenses whatsoever, whether known or unknown and whether foreseeable or not. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in printing, the offering, or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize. Copies of the written contest rules are available online or will be sent by mail upon request if a self-addressed stamped envelope accompanies request. Contest rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Florida law, excluding choice of law provisions. All other federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Sponsor is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and their decisions are final. Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical or printing errors in any Contest materials. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the secure operation of this Contest will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or cancel this Contest at any time in such circumstances. In such circumstances, the Prize will be awarded based on entries received as of the date of termination.
