Wave 2020 goodbye and welcome 2021 with a special fireworks display on New Year’s Eve which is exclusive to overnight guests. Omni Orlando Resort has an impressive holiday fireworks display and you may even be able to watch the display from the comfort of your own room or balcony.

Weather permitting, the fireworks kick off at 9pm on Thursday, December 31, 2020.

Sip Gingerbread-inspired cocktails

Each year, the chefs and mixologists at Omni Orlando Resort dream up festive cocktails and entrees to serve guests at the onsite restaurants. This year, an assortment of seasonal cocktail selections are available at David’s Club, the resort’s upscale sports bar and restaurant. There’s also a non-alcoholic Spiced Gingerbread Iced Latte available.

  • Vanilla Espresso Martini: Ketel One, Café Borghetti, Monin Vanilla Spice syrup, chocolate bitters, chocolate lady finger on rim

Have a romantic holiday dinner

Forget about cooking an elaborate meal and let someone else do the cooking at one of the property’s signature restaurants. David’s Club is an upscale sports bar and restaurant with stunning views of the resort grounds, an assortment of bourbons, and signature steaks. Zen specializes in Chinese cuisine and also boasts a sushi and sake bar.

David’s Club will be offering a Christmas Day Dinner Special for $65/person on December 25 from 4-10pm. The family style meal will include roasted butternut squash soup, chef selection of sushi platter for table, a shared salad (romaine hearts, brioche crotons, shaved parmesan, lemon garlic dressing) plus your choice of rack of lamb, snapper or prime rib. Sides for the table include roasted garlic mash potatoes, Vincotto glazed Brussel sprouts, roasted baby root vegetables, Farro and truffle mushroom risotto. House made sweet holiday delicacies will be served for dessert.

Treat yourself to a spa day

The holidays are usually a flurry of activity. Instead, unwind together this year at the resort’s full-service Mokara Spa. Services include massage therapy, reflexology, facials, manicures, pedicures and more. With the current Spalidays promotion in December, you’ll receive a $15 spa credit for each treatment you book that is valued at $140 or more.

Since all pools are heated, go ahead and plunge into the resort pool with fountains, a water tower and slide, or relax by the adults-only pool.
