CONTEST DATES: Contest runs June 7, 2018 through 12pm on June 8, 2018.  Winner will be randomly selected shortly after 12pm on June 8, 2018.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:  Prize winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received.  The winner will be notified by direct message to the Instagram account and/or by email at the email address used to enter the Contest.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE:  Winner will be notified by Instagram DM and/or email and PDF tickets will be emailed upon confirmation of notification.

HOW TO ENTER:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. There is one way to enter this Contest. To enter the contest, a person must (a) like the Tampa Bay Date Night Guide Instagram post for this contest; (b) follow Tampa Bay Date Night Guide on Instagram; and (c) text Baseball to 555888 and follow the prompts to enter.  All entries must be received by the Contest end date and time listed above. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete entries; or for errors in mechanical transmission, or other any other difficulties.

ELIGIBILITY:  Contest is open only to U.S. citizens who are legal residents in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Citrus, Pasco, Hernando, and Manatee counties and who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Contest Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, and participating advertisers and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. “Immediate family members” means parents, siblings, spouses, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption or cohabitation, and anyone living in the same household, whether related or not. Tampa Bay Parenting Magazine’s determination as to eligibility is final and binding.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except in the event of prize unavailability, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or assignable by the Winner.  Winner is responsible for any charges not specifically listed as part of the prize or to redeem or make use of prize, including transportation to and from any destination in connection with taking possession of or using the Prize, and any and all taxes, if any. All federal, state and local taxes, fees, and surcharges, and any necessary or appropriate insurance, are the responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to pay all such taxes, fees, and surcharges and is responsible for furnishing proof of insurance if and as required by law. Winner must agree to hold the sponsor harmless from any and all liability for damages or losses of any nature incurred in connection with use of the prize, including transit to and from any destination in connection with the prizes.
