There’s a major concert coming to Raymond James Stadium and we are SO excited! This afternoon, it was officially announced that Billy Joel and Sting will be taking place at the stadium on February 24, 2024!
Mayor Jane Castor along with Eric Hart, President/CEO of the Tampa Sports Authority, Mark Woodard, Tampa Sports Authority Board Chair, Hillsborough County Commissioner Ken Hagan gathered at Raymond James Stadium to make the announcement.
The stadium has hosted several major concert events throughout the years, including Kenny Chesney, Coldplay, and most recently, back-to-back shows for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.
Mayor Castor shared her excitement about this Billy Joel and Sting concert coming to Tampa in 2024, “We have had some incredible concerts those that all of which have sold out but to be able to bring Billy Joel and Sting to this venue is beyond exciting.”
Mayor Castor continued, “We all know the part that music plays in our lives, you know, whatever event has occurred in your life, you can attach a song to that. And so it’s great to be able to bring two individuals that have had literally such an impact on so many lives, not just here in the Tampa Bay area, but throughout the nation and really throughout the world, and having this event in Tampa, where we’ll bring Floridians and individuals from the Southeast, from all over to come to our community is, is something that has brings such value to the entire Tampa Bay area.”

Lot 14 stands out as the largest and most convenient choice, albeit the priciest. If you’re looking for more budget-friendly options, Lots 8/10, 11, and 12 are available, though they are located a bit farther from the stadium. Additionally, off-site parking lots typically provide more cost-effective alternatives.
