Amber Brooke Farms hosts its Strawberry Festival presented by AdventHealth just before spring, offering a variety of activities, treats, and entertainment. From u-pick strawberries to live music and delicious strawberry-themed treats, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Pick Your Own Strawberries
The heart of the festival is, of course, strawberry picking! The farm provides containers for your freshly picked berries, and you can roam the rows to find the ripest, juiciest strawberries. Florida’s strawberry season runs from December through April, with the festival being one of the highlights.

Strawberry Treats & Farm-Fresh Eats
No visit to the Strawberry Festival is complete without indulging in delicious strawberry-themed treats. Some must-try items include:

- Strawberry shortcake – a festival favorite

Beyond picking strawberries, my husband and I love the wide range of farm activities. Our son has joined us on each of our visits to Amber Brooke Farms Williston, and it is still a romantic visit for us because of all the activities. Our son gets to enjoy the great outdoors and be entertained giving us some time together as a family, but also a chance for time as a couple.

- Gem mining and archery – test your skills and strike gold
- Live music – adding to the lively festival atmosphere
