*The West End Market, originally known as Dunedin Mix, changed names after new ownership.
This food hall experience is located on the corner of Broadway and Skinner Blvd. in Dunedin, featuring all kinds of great food, drink, and dessert options in one convenient location.
<div id="c3be0912bb716eee4ca644c1dfc4ecde4"></div>The space was originally meant to turn into 4-story townhomes, and after several design changes, it was decided that it would serve a better purpose as a mixed-use concept for the Dunedin community.
The food hall currently features six vendors with an array of food and sweet treats, a circular bar, sprawling open areas, and patio seating, making The West End Market a great place for a one-stop date night out!
The Ambiance at The West End Market
The outside of the building is a towering two-story building that mixes modern features with vintage charm. You can enter from either side of the building, though the right entrance offers a fun spot for a quick photo op with its 1920s-esque vibe, fleur de lis staircase, and bright purple painting framing the doorway.

The West End Market is an open-air concept that gives off the vibe of a quaint, outdoor courtyard. Astroturf and brightly colored plants and faux-greenery walls add a pop of color, while the circle bar in the back adds a touch of glamour.
The restaurants are lined up along the far left and right sides of the walls and offer to-go windows for ordering.
Restaurants at The West End Market
Dunedin already has some of our favorite restaurants for a date night, and the spots at The West End Market certainly check all the boxes.
Once you place your order, there are plenty of seating options. You can sit at one of the regular or high-top tables scattered throughout the courtyard, head upstairs to one of their bistro tables lining the patio, or take a seat on one of the couches or comfy chairs.
If you visited this place back when it was called the Dunedin Mix you might remember the carousel bar. Unfortunately, the carousel bar is no longer spinning, however, you can still take a seat there for a drink.
We enjoyed a Moscow Mule and their signature Amethyst drink while we were there. The Amethyst features vodka, elderflower liquor, a foam top, and a lavender sprig with an orange slice garnish.

Al Dente Pizza & Pasta
This family-owned restaurant originated in Venice, Italy, and serves fresh pasta, pizza, and ravioli. The owners moved to the States with the passion to share their family recipes from Italy. Everything, including the pasta and bread, is made fresh daily.
Spoons
This globally inspired, tapas style restaurant has a menu filled with items that are created from tastes from all over the world. Get transported across the globe with dishes like ceviche from Peru, dumplings from Tokyo, and Maryland style crab cakes.
Divinos Tacos
What started as a food truck and catering now has a flagship location! Divinos Tacos has mastered the art of the taco and is serving them up at The West End Market. We had the Brisket Barbacoa Tacos, and they were absolutely delicious.
Salad's Galore
Focused on organic ingredients, no seed oils, and all-around clean eats, Salad's Galore is serving up great salads that will make you feel good on the inside and out. The owners of this great spot also own Galvin's Goodies!

Galvin's Goodies
This great space is serving up ice cream, açaí bowls, chia pudding, and other great options for a healthier sweet treat after your delicious dinner.
Saddlebred Cafe
The Saddlebred Cafe is bringing premium, locally roasted coffee, tea, and small baked goods to The West End Market! Pick your favorite sip and sit for a while inside the courtyard.
The West End Market Hours and Parking
Location: 990 Broadway, Dunedin
Hours:
- Sunday-Thursday: 7 a.m.-11 p.m.
- Friday-Saturday: 7 a.m.-12 a.m.
Parking: The West End Market parking is VERY tricky. On the weekends, it will be nearly impossible to park in the small lot behind the building. Many of the other restaurants around the area enforce their parking policy, so if you aren't eating at their restaurant, we wouldn't suggest parking in their lot unless you want to risk being towed.
Our personal favorite place to park is downtown Dunedin, and then we stroll over to The West End Market. It's a nice way to stop by the downtown shops on your way while not battling for parking!
