Pre-Turkey Thanksgiving Races
Trot Thru The Terrace 5k, 10k, & 1 Mile

Temple Terrace

These chip-timed 5K and 10K races take participants through the residential golf course community of Temple Terrance, renowned for its oak tree canopies. The mostly flat, fast course(s) are favorites of local runners. The race starts/finishes at Riverhills Park near the boat ramp.
Registrants receive a race day t-shirt (while supplies last), a race swag bag, light nourishment at the finish line, and a finishers medal!
St. Pete Run Fest

It’s the 11th annual Turkey Gobble! One of Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA’s signature events will be Thanksgiving morning at Amalie Arena. Race proceeds provide 100% of funding for the Tampa YMCA's LIVESTRONG cancer survivor program and our new Thrivers Club for youth who have undergone cancer treatment.
Pick your choice of a 1 1-mile fun run, 5K run/walk, or a virtual 5k from anywhere! Strollers and dogs welcome, please register appropriately.

13th Annual Gobbler 5k and 1 mile Kids Fun Run

The 5k will be a chip-timed event with a finishers' medal, dry-fit race t-shirt, and backpack. The 1 Mile Fun Run is a race for all ages. There will also be music, vendors, and other fun!
While you’re getting a great workout, you can also feel good about helping local students. All event proceeds from the Gobbler Run go to support First Christian Academy.

The event is hosted by the North Shore Elementary PTA to benefit North Shore Elementary, a Title One School.

Proceeds from the Clearwater Turkey Trot (formerly Tampa Bay Turkey Trot) help support many local charities, including the West Florida Y Runners Club Scholarship Programs. All collected foods will be given to the Food Pantry Program at Religious Community Services, Inc.
Wiregrass Turkey Trot

The Wiregrass Turkey Trot has raised over $415,000 for local charities over the last 12 years, and it’s a great family event in the New Tampa and Wesley Chapel areas.
It’s always a family affair with huge selfie stations, a costume contest, music, and fun for everyone. All proceeds from the Wiregrass Wobble Turkey Trot events go to local charities.
FishHawk Turkey Trot

The 17th Annual FishHawk Turkey Trot is a family fun Thanksgiving tradition with a 10K, 5K (timed and untimed), 1M Fun Run, and 250 yard Mini-Run, which all include a fun turkey-themed race shirt and medal.
Family fun crafts and pictures with the turkey are ongoing throughout the event.
Waterset 5k Turkey Trot

There will be a Kids Fun Run as well! Proceeds of the Turkey Trot will benefit local public schools: Doby Elementary, Eisenhower Middle School, East Bay High School, and the Dorothy C. York Innovation Academy.
Bradenton Runners Club ‘Give to Run or Walk' Turkey Trot 3 Miler

Join the 28th Annual Bradenton Runners Club Turkey Trot 3 Mile fun run and walk! The Food Bank of Manatee and Turning Points will be on site on Thanksgiving Day to collect your donations of canned or dry goods (non-perishable foods), new or gently used clothing, and shoes that are in good condition.
Shirts are available for purchase when you register. Shirts must be picked up on race day.
Turkey Trot at Tradition
