Grab your loved one and head on down to Amalie Arena on December 16th for a rock show that is sure to get you in the holiday spirit.
The Orchestra is a critically-acclaimed, multi-platinum progressive rock group that has been making history since its beginnings two decades ago. Having played over 2,000 shows for about 13 million fans worldwide, TSO is one of the world’s biggest rock groups. All the classic string instruments are still present, they are just played with a little more flare by both rock and classically-trained musicians.

Founder, composer, and lyricist Paul O’ Neill has truly changed the way people view classical music by making it more fun, more relatable. Not to mention, he is the brains behind the infamous Ghosts of Christmas Eve show.
Ghosts of Christmas Eve tells the story of a runaway who seeks shelter in an abandoned theatre during a cold Christmas Eve night. The teen quickly meets the theatre’s caretaker who introduces her to the theatre’s ghosts and spirits of Christmas past. Together, they change the life of the runaway forever.
Despite the gripping and beautiful nature of the story, the music is what stands out here. TSO’s talented musicians will bless you and your significant other’s ears with pure magic – just in time for the Christmas season. Some songs played throughout the show include “O Come all Ye Faithful,” “O Holy Night,” “Christmas Canon,” and “Hark, The Herald Angels Sing.” Choose to sing along, or simply let the music overcome you.
