A DIY Studio is a place for those interested in do-it-yourself projects, arts, and crafts, and need a little help or instruction to complete them properly. Makeme Studio is here to make your DIY dreams a reality with creative workshops for adults as well as classes and camps for kiddos AND unique private parties for all ages.
The studio is 2,000 square feet of creative energy full of colorful decoration inspiration.
Makeme Studio boasts two large classroom spaces for over 70 people, flexible and comfortable seating for children and adults, art equipment including an electronic paper cutter, sewing machines, and more. They also have a rotating gallery of example projects made by staff and customers, a chalkboard wall perfect for kids and kids at heart to write and doodle on, and two child-friendly and ADA accessible bathrooms, and much more to check out for yourself!

The Studio offers multiple adult only classes that would be perfect for the girls or you and your honey on date nights!
On selected evenings Tuesday-Saturday, and Sunday afternoons, enjoy an Adult B.Y.O.B Class. Here, creators can customize art for your home and also create the latest Pinterest crazes. Makeme claims to have “the facilities and the art and crafty know-how to bring out your inner Martha or Picasso!” Allow the instructors to teach you the ways of the arts and bring your favorite wine or beer and a friend (or two) and allow your creative juices to flow as you mingle in your newfound creative space!
Special Guest Workshops are also offered at MakeMe.
The Studio invites new and innovative artists to teach workshops that will allow them to extend their own knowledge and expertise into the space and teach other members of the community their artform. Classes have been offered on origami all the way to making your own terrariums! Finally, for adults, enjoy Handmade Happy Hour on selected Wednesdays monthly, 6-8 p.m.
The studio hosts a FREE Handmade Happy Hour once a month only. Locations alternate between CL Space in Ybor and the local St. Pete Studio (check website for specific dates). The supplies will be provided for this engaging and exclusive evening(s) of fun! All that is required are your friends and your favorite beverages!
